750kW All-In-One Modular Data Center Solution
A compact, fully self-contained modular platform consolidating white space, UPS/switchgear, and hybrid cooling into a single deployable asset. Pre-engineered to accommodate 8 to 16 server racks, it is optimized for low-latency inference, sovereign compute, and sites lacking traditional white space.
1.5MW Base Modular Data Center Solution
The core repeatable building block of the CDM platform. Integrating an IT module supporting up to 20 racks with a dedicated 2MW N+1 Power Module, it provides enterprise clusters and colocation providers with immediate, scalable, liquid-ready capacity.
3MW AI Modular Data Center Solution
Formed by physically joining two base modules into a contiguous, unpartitioned data hall supported by two dedicated 2MW Power Modules. Accommodates up to 40 racks and delivers the density, load stabilization, and thermal headroom needed for mid-tier foundation model training.
5MW Turnkey Modular AI Factory & AI Campus Solution
The pinnacle of modular hyperscale architecture. Four IT modules unite to form a ~2,530 sq. ft. contiguous hall powered by an 8MW installed 4-to-make-3 electrical backbone. Designed for rapid replication into 10MW, 20MW, or 50MW+ AI campuses.
Our base models allow clients to customize certain features/functionality based on application or hardware preference, without vendor lock in. Both solutions are factory built in the USA, inspected, then shipped and assembled on site for faster ROI. By offering multiple options, CDM ensures customers have the right solution for their applications without compromise.
